If you are not aware of what HACCP means, you should be happy for them. But, if you know what HACCP is, you know that: - they are implementing means that don't have it implemented - if it's not implemented, food safety rules are not being meet - if food safety rules are not being meet, there is a great chance that they're poisoning you and you are paying for that When will we start demanding for restaurants to demonstrate that they do not represent an hazard to us?
